by residential looking neighborhood when you pull up in the taxi. This
is a very upscale area of Arcadia with million dollar homes all around
and the Bulgarian Embassy/Consulate just around the corner from the

- appartment is very pleasant and cozy decorated, really like the best 4-star B&B/hotels/appartments in Italy/France/spain. We booked a superior appartment and this was also very large.
- Kitchen/bath/bed... are also superb
- supermarket is 80 meters away and a very good japanese restaurant (Rocca) is about 1 Km away -- take a walk for 10-15 minutes.

The hotel has amazing huge open space no-walls top floor where you can
have a breakfast, enjoy the view of the seaside, relax with long drinks
on the sofas and arm-chairs. The atmosphere of the place is very
ambient, laid-back and relaxing, not at all hotel-like. The lovely
couple of the owners – Tamara and Igor – and the staff will make you
feel like home with warm care and delicious, richly diversified home-

I thought that Vera ( the receptionist) was really terrific - she was so very, very helpful, English was fluent, and she helped me out in so many ways. She is the reason i would stay again!!!!
