Graet hotel with great service! It was realy perfect place to stay in Lviv. Hotel is absolutely ideally situated right opposite to the Opera Theatre. A very nice, spacious and clean room with all facilities, extremely pleasant and helpful English speaking personel. I fell in love with their restaurant on the 7th floor with fantastic panoramic view of the city. I will stay there again and have reccomended to all my friends. Thank you!.
all reviews » The hotel is excellent. Location is great for seeing Lviv. The 7th floor restaurant is a beautiful view of the skyline. Best are the staff members who checked trains and buses, then bought tickets, got a box lunch for our early morning departure. They made this segment of our journey stress free. They are really what made the stay at the Opera worth the money. terrasse on the roof even if it was used for a wedding-banquet the evening when we staid there ; proximity to historical center and opera ; very acceptable breakfast ; kindness of receptionist-cashier (Galyna) ; overall look. There is nothing we didn't like. the ridiculous paintings set up all over the hotel with as well ridiculous price tags...!. Breakfast could be better. I had booked a twin room, but first they only checked in one person for the room, then they gave me a double room with a french bed - inacceptable for colleagues on business trip. However, upon complaint they were very helpful and changed the room. Restaurant. They promised but didn't manage to bring the fish on time. The fish was payed, they didn't bring it to me at all and didn't return my money back!!!!!. Overpriced. Interior is not always made with high quality material. Taxi by hotel taxi service costs 4 times more than any usual taxi service ordered via internet; Room 508 is small, but ok. Drinking water in bottle in hotel was not given every day; prices in restaurant are too high to compare with other restaurants in the city center no reduced price for dinner for clients of hotel; poor breakfast. Poor air conditioning, noisy, no bar for a drink, just a restaurant, left a convertor plug in my rook which they could not find which is a pity.
