  I liked this hotel and had I been aware of it on previous visits to Kiev I would have stayed then. I have read a previous comment about the lift being too small. It is small but I think we only once in our weeks stay shared it with another person. Free secure parking, free good quality wi-fi, a bottle of champagne, coffee and tea in the apartment as a gift from hotel. This time I ordered breakfast, and personnel brought it to my apartment just in time! (It was very important for me, because I was in a hurry for work). When I called to reception almost in the middle of the night and asked for an iron, - I’ve been twice in this hotel and every time I fall in love with it more and moreJ I would give them not 4, but 5 stars for their services!   I like this location very much, is close distance for everything. Very beautiful area. Nice and friendly staff, houskeeping very polite, breakfast and restaurant is excellent. Bar at the lobby is very good and people work in the lobby very helpful. You are in best location but still very quiet and you not listen anything from outside in the ev... what people say » ening. Me and my wife enjoy our staying at this hotel very much and we will tell people about this hotel and we will stay there again when we go to K - Hotel was in the center of the city. Great ambiance and within walking distance or short hotel ride wherever you needed to go recreation wise. Love the receptionist and they few I talked too spoke english. My being american a lot of the staff shyed away from talking to me because of the language barrier. Love the city, it is an exciting place with spectacular views and plenty of things to do.
