  At first glance you would be forgiven for thinking the hotel has nothing of worth surrounding it. But it actually has a giant shopping complex next door, plenty of good restaurants, the metro station is very close and there is quite a large park a little further away. The breakfast was also decent and the room had kettle facilities. Staff was also... what people say » pleasant, helpful and all spoke English. - Hotel is excellent in everyway and the facilities include some very fine detail, which makes the accommodation extremely good. I travel extensively and the Cosmopolite must be one of the better hotels that I have stayed in over the last 25 years. Well Done !!

  This hotel is very well managed. Very good service and staff, excellent breakfast, very clean. Especially clean comparing to all those rental "euro"-apartments. You will find there also restaurant with reasonable prices comparing to many restaurants in center. This hotel is far away from the major attractions of Kiev and fits well to travelers wit... what people say » h own cars. A lot of free parking space (pretty safe). At that time there were several good hotels and then a few great ones. The great (ones 1-2) are very expensive and value to dollar for business is marginal. It has been completely remodeled and - Wery luxury and great service! Excellent restaurant (try a fish). English spoken personal, very friendly. I ask for reservation of taxi for an airport (in the check out) mantionet Sky Taxy and they preper everything. It cost 120 grivnas (very cheap)! When I fly on the airport and findou taxydriver by myself it cost 300 grivnas! Very friendly personal (not really smiling but very unhasitating. Excellent room cleaning service.   The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful, even letting us check in early after an overnight flight. The hotel is very clean and new. The room was very large and comfortable with a beautiful bathroom. There was a good variety on the breakfast bar. There were also many nice restaurants in the neighborhood, as well as the convenience of the funi... what people say » cular and the metro right next to the hotel. - I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff was so friendly and helpful. They went out of their way for us. I was traveling with my small daughter. When we went for breakfast, they met up with a high chair for our use - I did not have to ask. The location cannot be beat. And, the cost was reasonable. We did not have to pay until we checked out so I liked that too.
