  This is an excellent hotel in a residential high rise apartment building. Very clean and quiet. Friendly staff. Great queen size bed, fridge and stove. Superb $$ value. 5 minute walk to metro which costs 25 us cents a ride. They like Americans!! If you want extra pillows and towels, just ask! I would stay here again.   I can definitely recommend staying in hotel Bratislava. First of all its price/performance ratio is definitely reasonable. I had a superior room at the 10-th floor (with photos from Prague decorating the corridor :-) and I can say anything against it. Even a water pressure was excellent in the shower. The hotel is located in a suburb part of Kiev,... what people say » but it is a 5 mins. Walk to the metro station Darnytsia. It takes about 15-20 mins to get to the centre of the town for 2UAH-token. In the vicinity o - Most of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Superior single room (4 nights) was generally kept clean and was quiet at night.There was a small fridge in the room and a safe. On the whole great value for money. WiFi worked great everywhere in the hotel and was fast enough to stream uk tv without a problem. Access to the city centre was easy (15 mins) via the extremely cheap Metro located about 100m over the road. Restaurant staff were fantastic and the food was delicious. I tried the Beetro

  Everything. We stayed for one night, so haven't experienced a lot of usual stuff like cleaning or meal but room was pretty nice, clean and useful. All needed is there. Available parking, good location.   Olyesa and Viktoria, receptionist was excellent with their English and they helped me a lot. They are kind, friendly and very polite. They have to get 5stars. The hotel was very clean and even the cleaning ladies was so helpful. Nothing got lost from my room and I would suggest this hotel to everyone. But the staff is 5 star...The internet is quick, more than enough channels on tv and my room was cleane - All the staff were really friendly and courteous. The staff helped me with arranging the taxi and also with printing some personal documents. I stayed in a twin comfortable room. The room is worth for the money. In Kiev for 55$ it's economical. You can take the bus 13K or 90 from the hotel to Nivky metro station. From Nivky metro station it's hardly 15 minutes to reach the city center by metro. Though I don't know Russian or Ukranian I managed to go on my own a couple of times.
