  The room / bathroom are very clean. The staff at the lobby bar / cafe are efficient and friendly. It served a god choice of light and medium meals. I love the cakes! The breakfast is good. Staff at the front desk are excellent. The meeting room that we used was suitably located and quiet. If I have to return to Kiev, I will stay at the same hotel ... what people say » again. Best wishes to the staff. - Sadly I can say its the worst 4 star hotel in kiev. Price for value is not exsiting. I told the front desk manager that I would never stay there again she didn't seems to care. I suggest pick another one unless u want weird suprizes. Like deposit for mini bar, pay cash room service and etc.

  I like this location very much, is close distance for everything. Very beautiful area. Nice and friendly staff, houskeeping very polite, breakfast and restaurant is excellent. Bar at the lobby is very good and people work in the lobby very helpful. You are in best location but still very quiet and you not listen anything from outside in the ev... what people say » ening. Me and my wife enjoy our staying at this hotel very much and we will tell people about this hotel and we will stay there again when we go to K - Hotel was in the center of the city. Great ambiance and within walking distance or short hotel ride wherever you needed to go recreation wise. Love the receptionist and they few I talked too spoke english. My being american a lot of the staff shyed away from talking to me because of the language barrier. Love the city, it is an exciting place with spectacular views and plenty of things to do.

  I was only there for 1 night as my plans changed but I stayed in the chervonoarmiiska / Krasnoarmeyskaya apartment. easy to find, close the metro, nice place, also had a couple of english channels on the tv. the office to pick up the keys is next door to McDonalds on Khreschatyk and also easy to find, the girl in the office was really nice and spo... what people say » ke good english. - Best location, fantastic view from the balcony to the main street, very clean, very nice modern facility, full equipped kitchen, very fast wifi, was possible late check out without charge, great stay and higly recommended
