you cannot find a better location for a visit in kiev. the price is really fair. internet is stable and fast. even though the lady who showed the room to me did not speak any language I understand, she was very heartly. I asked to check in earler and it was no problem. someone came in daily to clean the room.

Location
Staff.
Location is great, just on the main street. Staff was replying fast to our calls or requests. Room was an ok size.
Location is excellent, right next to Maydan.
Centrally located.
Located very centrally.
I read a lot about it, and it's really a hard job finding this place. it is not a hotel, but a flat, so there is no sign and even other people living in the same house never heard about it. but after calling the provided number, someone was there just five minutes later.
I couldnt find the hotel at first, there were no signs and most people on the streets dont speak english that well.
Very hard to find!
A few Coffee-, Sugar sachets and Teabags with UHT milk portions would be nice!!.
First day I couldn't take shower when I arrived, because there was not hot water in the afternoon.they said hot water will be after 5 o'clock which was very weird.Other days I didn't have the same problem, they solved it someway.
Dirt in the doorway and in the yard.
Toilet clogged up.
Entrance to the apartment wasnt easy to find, we had to call the staff and wait for someone to pick us up. With heavy luggage it wasnt much fun walking around. staircase to the flat was dirty and no lights on most of the floors, so quite unpleasant especially at night.
First night we spent on a horrible bed. Only the next day we could move to the room we had actually booked. Rooms are tiny, old and dusty. Bathroom was good and clean, so was the second bed.
It is hard to find this accommodation, no any sign to it. We had to call them to guide us to the place. Small room, even smaller bath. Noisy because of the heavy outside traffic.
Very hard to find. You really have to arrange to meet the staff in the street. We waited about 30 minutes.Obscure location through a doorway in the corner of dirty courtyard. Just thyee rooms on the sixth floor with no staff. Would not recommend for women travelling alone. Also overlooking the main street, so noisy.
