Luxury hotel with excellent service and nice rooms. I can recommend to everybody who is looking for a good hotel in the center of the city. Great value for money; nice atmosphere, elegant interior and qualified stuff. Complimentary coffee offered at the lobby was a nice touch. I'm happy with everything; the check in process, the room, breakfast, check out, the laundry service. I will stay here again.

The heating in my room was insufficient, so it was always very chilly inside. Nothing ... enjoyed my stay!. a little bit not so good around - buildings. No comfortable place for smokers... very expensive. Cost of food and wine. Very small rooms. I waited more than I have received in the hotel. (I am not disappointed now only because a Kiev...) The breakfast was bad (a very small variety of the same meal, a yogurt from a supermarket etc...). Staff too automated in their greetings and too much attention. Little more balance would make it perfect.
