I've stayed in several hotels while visting Ukraine, and this one was probably the best one!! The room was so big that I could have held a party in it! Within walking distance of Rodina Mat and other attractions. Also there is a supermarket very close by. Set in a peaceful street in the city centre. The location is wonderful - far from all famous sights of Kiev.The facilities are modern,Wi-Fi and parking are permanently available.We appreciate full tasty breakfast and great location of the dining room.The staff is very friendly and polite. Thanks for a nice stay.

Internet connection was perfect and I could even stay a week here, staff can call a taxi for you, metro close by, breakfast every morning very goodI would stay here again next time!. Soundproofing is not so good and doors are a bit too noisy. well... we left the car with 2 children and 3 bags, and nobody helped us to carry the bags, the man (must be security guy) just watched us and didn't even help to open the door. Reception almost non-existent, for size, for services and advice. Some people in the staff don't even speak English with difficulty in communications even simple! Poor breakfast. Breakfast is not good. Everything is fine. One day they repaired something in building with using perforator. It was too noisy. Staff is quite relaxed. We had to wait too long to check in. Very poor sound insulatuin. the door closer, the striking plate and the latch on the door beetwen lifts and corridor should be change with much softer one. you can hear the closing of the door even from the room last down the corridor. Nothing.
