  Very helpful staff, excellent restaurant with very reasonable prices. New bathroom/WC, nice little balcony with lovely view of the lake. Free wi-fi in rooms. And all that for the super price of approx. 20 Euro (breakfast and parking included)!!! - Good hotel… for little money I had the cheapest room. Old Soviet hotel but clean.   hotel excellent ,little , beautiful, like in home,with very friendly people and service.Location of the hotel very very adjective in centre of the city near metro , ,stations of bus,supermarkets, park,opera and bank. i got all , that i need for my comfort, include breakfast and laundry. thanks to this hotel.

  The staff was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed me very well and they do their best to look after every guest. This was an excelent experience of staying in this hotel and woudl like to stay back again in the same if i will be in Kharkiv. - The way a hotel should be ,thank you Kalyna.!!!!!
