Staff was quite helpful, music was good. Breakfast was not a dream yet they have a large variety in the restaurant. Located in front of the most important cathedral of the city. The location was great, the staff was very friendly, and they helped me with places to eat, and how to find a good cafes. decoration is absolutely awesome. I appreciate the owner who probably has distinct hobbies..

The system of breakfast was with prepaid card and you can use that amount during day. It was very convenient do not be tied to just morning hours. It was warm in the room and water was very hot. The hotel was good value, and located above a decent bar. Close the city center. not much. .They let me check in 4 hours earlier,. No hairdryer. Nothing at all. i liked everything.... Tiny size of the room. Not taking responsibilities for car parked at the car park although my car was safe but I didn't like the fact I had to worry about it. The look from the window. not about the hotel ...Donetsk not right choosen for holiday. Asked for a lux room with one big bed, but when arrived they gived to me lux with two small beds. a little bit cold and dark in the room. Too small room. The window was glued over, and there was not enough light. Very depressingly. The bed was really very low. Hair Dryer was only on request and after use you should give it back to housekeeper. No ramp in front of reception, so it is hard to take the luggage to elevator. The low ceiling in the room. The cafe/restaurant had a strange payment system, and to be honest was a school canteen style place with food of a similar standard from what I could see/smell there. facilities and very small hotel. the room was one of the few that was still available. the bed covered all the floor except for about 18 inches on one side. the ceiling was slanted, one part lower than my height, no place to open suitcase except the bed. generally, corridors dark and dingy. . Eco room has almost no window. .Bed are not comfortable. .Do not use minibar, they are charging everything .Receptionist English is not sufficient.
