The booking by letsbookhotel.com was incorrect when I arrived according to the
receptionist! Apparently this is a common problem with your bookings?
They recommended if using you again to check also direct with the hotel.
You booked a single room I booked a triple family room! Thankfully they
were able to resolve.
First impressions great, staff were very welcoming, friendly and couldn't be more helpful.
Just as impressive was the room, condition was immaculate and everything needed was provided. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.all reviews »
I was very impressed by the cleanliness of the room and particular the mirrow with lights around, great for putting makeup on, most hotels have very poor lighting.
The staff were brilliant, couldn't be helpful.
The two ladies on reception gave an awesome welcome to our group on arrival and each and every time we passed through reception. Very good ambassadors for your company.
The hotel was situated quite near to two supermarkets and next to a cafeteria type restaurant which was handy for our purposes as we had come for a family christening.
We have stayed at the hotel on several occations because we have family in Wigan, the hotel is always welcoming and first class service.
I liked the bathroom very modern and clean and a nice big tv rather than
a portable that you can hardly see.
Friendly staff - very pleasant, quick service.
Rooms are comfortable and well appointed.
Room was very clean and well found. Staff friendly and helpful.
ideal location for us,plus fairly cheap.
The freindly attitude if the staff.
Very clean room including bedding.
Staff were lovely.
All very good.

Could not find fault with anything.
I honestly cannot think of a thing I did'nt like.
The smell in the entrance to bar/ food area. Overwhelming air fresher disguising some other smell badly.
The room we stayed was extremely hot and stuffy - the reception staff gave us a fan but it didn't make any difference and when we opened the window the traffic noise was bad so we didn't get much sleep. We paid the full price of £8.25 for breakfast but later found out that over 60s (which we are) could get the same breakfast for £4.45 by paying at the cafe instead of through Premier Inn. The reception staff apparently didn't know about this (so they said).
The drinks bar seems to close rather early.
A bit noisy when people are returning to their rooms and also you can
hear people in their rooms which disturbed our sleep so left earlier
than planned.
It was quite far from the town centre. You have to use bus or taxi.
The restaurant next door was very poor. The service was terrible and the quality of the good was equally as bad. That's one thing that would put me off staying there again as I wouldn't use the restaurant again.
Too many children in the restaurant. Should have family Room to allow other travellers without children to have peace and
rest.
Bed was rock hard.
nothing.
nothing.
Nothing.
The fact we told the nite staff about the noise and running about on the
landing by a load of drunken girls at all hours of the nite, to be told
it had been sorted to find it was still going on at 9 am in the morning
rite up until we booked out at 11 30 am after yet another complaint.
