Right from the first moment we stepped in to the hotel we were made welcome.Everything was clean and tidy and the breakfast as usual was first class.Ihave stayed at Premier inns on a few ocasions now and have always been very satisfied, and i will always choose to stay at a Premier inn before any other. This is a very kids friendly hotel. There is a corner near reception from which guests can borrow children's books and games. We borrowed different books for our son who is 3 years old each day within our stay and he loves it.
all reviews » staff were really nice were not from swindon so were a bit lossed but the staff gave us all the information we needed would come back next time were in swindon thanks. The room was large and equipped with a desk and an arm chair. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom and shower were clean. As normal we enjoyed our stay and friendly surroundings and not having far to walk for meals. Friendly staff in Inn too. We very much liked the receptionist, Frances! She was nice, friendly and efficient. She had all the answers! Well done!. I liked the down-to-earth, friendly woman at reception and the handy location of the dining facilities. Room was quiet and spacious . Ideal location for our visit to the GWR Steam museum . very comfortable. excellent breakfast and good quality evening meal. The Hotel was in the perfect location for the purpose of our stay. Easy to find and central to major road routes. Ample car parking. Convenient location and very helpful staff. There was everything that you expect from a hotel or motel where you come late, sleep and leave early morning. Staff helpful. Rooms quiet. Comfortable room. nothing. They make a promise of a good nights sleep or your money back. I had 4 pillows and they were all the same size! That's not a real choice of 'the pillow you want.' Very noisy fan in the bathroom. Toilet flush to close to the toilet seat, so unless you remembered to close the toilet seat before flushing your hand was pinched between them. But you only needed to forget once. The doors slamming, this can be mostly eliminated if someone was to go around adjusting the door dampers. It's a real pain, being woken up with people allowing their doors to slam!. No air conditioning and room too hot although a portable fan was provided it did not reduce the temperature of the room. No room phone No breakfast in bed, to have a brekkie you needed to go across the road. nothing. Separate cold and hot water tap. Quite warm. Receptionist who wanted to moan about her job rather than getting on with it. No wifi available due to their technical issue.
