I liked the modern ambience of the lobby area including the wine tower and the activities of the wine angels. The pool and sauna is a definite plus. The room was warm, comfortable and well appointed. Although my stay was short, I found the staff friendly and efficient

The ease of use, the friendly reception, the cleanliness and general ambience.

Not necessarily connected with the hotel - when I arrived they had no knowledge of my booking. Fortunately, they did have a room for me, but I did wonder that whilst I had a "print-out" of my on line reservation, and after questioning, the fault could lie with Booking.Com?

I had booked a standard double room for one night but as I have an SAS gold card I was immediatley upgraded (without asking) to an Executive king room with 2 free glasses of chilled white wine, bathrobes, free wi-fi and movies and full breakfast! Brilliant. The room was very nice and very clean and comfortable and quiet. An excellent stay at an excellent hotel!

Everything was very good - the staff, food, room and overall service were of the highest standard.

We were very impressed with your hotel. The rooms were of an extremelyhigh standard and the cleanliness second to none. The bar area was anenlightening experience observing the hotel staff in the bottle coolerwas one of the highlights of our stay. The car parking staff were veryhelpful. It will certainly be our first choice again if we have an earlymorning flight.

The hotel looks very ordinary from the outside, but once inside it is revealed as a quality hotel, and the service, food and decor, reflected this.

Using the pool. Provision of a wheelchair fot my husband to access the airport with no prior booking. Accessible restaurant.

Poor service n the restaurant, lots of rushing about by waiters but not contacting the customer. Inaccurate translation of the italian menu which resulted in the wrong dish but made up for by not charging for replacement dish.

Radisson SAS Hotel London Stansted Airport is the best choice if you are flying early in the morning. The car parking package is excellent.
