The restaurant was very
good, the hotel was spotless. The receptionist on duty for most of our stay was extremely nice, and very helpful, her name was Denise , a lovely person!. I am sure that when we are in the area again we will be stopping at Harmer Hill.
Room big enough for four. Used as a base to visit Shrewsbury, Telford, Cosford, Bridgnorth etc. Clean and tidy, pleasant staff. Plenty of choice for breakfast at Table Table which was attached to the Premier Inn via an internal door.all reviews »
The warm welcome, the call to tell us that the restaurant closed at 10pm., the quiet in the room - triple glazing to reduce the sound of passing traffic, good food, great choice, a good nights rest, helpful staff.
The hotel staff - primarily Denise, Cathy & Kate on the front desk - were absolutely superb. Nothing was too much trouble and they made us feel like it was a real home away from home.

In bathroom, both soap dispensers not easy to use. Provided little soap when attempting to use. No wash cloth in shower.
