The Farmhouse Bed and Breakfast is set in around 8 acres of Suffolk countryside near Saxmundham. This pretty farmhouse is an ideal base to explore many of the attractions of East Anglia, with the Suffolk Heritage Coast just 20 minutes away.
Each en suite room at The Farmhouse includes free breakfast, a TV, free Wi-Fi, hairdryer and tea and coffee making facilities. Rooms have attractive views across the farmland or paddocks.
The double room can be converted to a family room with an additional bed or cot. There is also room for a cot in the twin room if required.
Just 5 minutes from the market town of Saxmundham, The Farmhouse is also just 15 minutes from the RSPB nature reserve at Minsmere. The 12th-century fortress Framlingham Castle is also worth visiting, and around 20 minutes’ drive from The Farmhouse.

Perhaps a few extras more in room.lights outside but this is being addressed as a new b and b and still things to be done.
Really quite difficult to find entrance. High hedge at front. Wouldn't like to have been searching in the dark! Rather rough and ready outside belies more modern inside.
You need a car or motorbike or taxi to go out for the day or evening.
