We came to Rhuddlan to attend a Birthday party . Not having stayed in a Premier Inn before we had an open mind because of the price,but my goodness were we surprised,comfort,friendly and helpfull and the food at Table-Table very good,we aoming back in the next 14 days, Thank yoiu. Spotlessly clean, spacious bedroom, very comfortable. Cheerful and helpful staff. Value for money meals .well presented. Although only stayed for 1 night was very impressed and would not look for anywhere else when in the area again.
all reviews » The hotel was busy but the staff were attentive and helped us with any queries quickly and efficiently. Bedroom was very pleasant. We had two comfortable nights. Thank you. Being from the area befpre I emigrated to England it is handy for a holiday and also meet family and friends. I liked the friendliness of the staff. I also think the facilities in the room were just what we needed. Staff were friendly and room was very comfortable. Service in restaurant was good so was the food. Convenient location, very clean room, quiet hotel, very good meal at the a joining restaurant. freindly staff, good food cooked well and value for money, plenty of free car parking. Reception very friendly. comfortable bed and nice room with coffee tea facilities. Happy staff, usual high standard that we get in every Premier Inn we've visited. we found everything was what we exspected room clean beds really nice. Only criticism---------no toilet brush in bathroom. Parking was difficult as the hotel and restaurant we very popular. I think this needs to be improved. Nothing it was all good. I paid for Wifi on 3 separate devices for 24 hours and none of them would connect. I feel I wasted £12 as the signal was intermittent and really slow when we did get it. i did not realise it was just off a main road but as we were only staying for one night it was ok. The bed was a little firm. not much around, would need a car to get to places. noise from the room above late at night and early morning. The double bed wasn't the most comfortable. Someone opened Our Bedroom Door at 4.30am (was advised it was staff next morning when we mentioned it to Receptionist) who refunded our Payment for the night. N/A. the food at table table was not good and the wait for service took forever. Paper Mache Walls, coul hear a pin drop and everyones airconditioning/heating! Location. No lounge or swimming pool!. Not budget price. for 2 Days the bar had no ice.the weather was hot and some of the drinks were warm. It's a shame that the bath towel had some holes in it!. There was confusion about our reservation in that we had booked a full breakfast but none had been ordered. However the receptionist did manage to sort it. No mobile 'phone signal at all. Severely limited the value of my trip - and no room 'phone as an alternative. Had to pay for wifi so that I could at least email some contacts to apologise that I could not ring them as promised. Bed, Breakfast both poor, room too near door causing a lot of noise all night. Bed very uncomfortable, my wife did not get any sleep all night. Would never use Premier Inn again based on this first experience of them. Lenny Henry is a liar in the advertising.
