We really enjoyed our short stay, in facilities that were obviously so comfortable and well presented. Our room had everything we needed and was very quiet, even though it is situated so close to the motorway. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We would be very happy to stay here again or to stay at any other Best Western Hotel. I thought this hotel was excellent in every way.all the staff werehelpfull and friendly.the facilities were excellent.the comfort of theroom was top class. I cannot praise this hotel enough.everybody was sohelpful and friendly, nothing too much trouble.100% Recommend.

I booked three rooms for five people, we arrived and checked in at 22.30 hrs following a 12 hour drive, during the night four fire alarms went off during the night, the following morning we was up at six, breakfast at 7.00am and on the road for 8.00am, very tired. The £202 paid, seem good value for money, we are very disattisfied, and confirm our feeling to the duty manager the next morning. Welcoming, helpfull staff, good facilities.With most hotels you have a complaint, but with this one. I had none.Will be returning as soon as possable. noise from drunk wedding guest. Although the bathroom was new and very clean the glass panel for the shower did not seal at the tub, there was a large gap that allowed a considerable amount of water to fall on the tiled floor causing a slipping hazard, we had to put a towel on the floor to soak up the water every time the shower was used. Although its October, I still felt there should have been ac in rooms,opening the window allowed the noise of m6 to come in. Restaurant was not open. pillow too soft. A small niggle really as I had plenty of time, but the service in the restaurant was a little slow (ie the waiters/waitresses were present but not forthcoming in "would you like a drink or even another drink) - the food was excellent. we was in the main bar area and found thisa little cold thi was on New years eve.and when you went to toilets this was even colder you could even see your breath.one soap for four days !!. A little over-priced. Exec rooms not vey big. In fact probably smaller than premiere travel-inn. The hotel had a peculiar damp odour. Also despite using your booking system, hotel could not find my reservation, and subsequently I ended up in the disabled room, despite booking 3 months in advance. Very cold in Bar area! (Draught everytime main door opened). on arrival was kept waiting for 15 mins while they tried to find our reservation also had notified them we had dog but was questioned on arrival about kind of dog,was it a big dog, was well behaved,allthis took up time while others were waiting to book in they say they are pet friendly but didnt feel comfortable at questions being asked these should all be asked prior to arrival.
