Excellent value for money and great facilities. A little bit out of the city centre, but who needs to go there with the swimming pool, gym etc. etc.

staff were helpful and polite at all times

the bathroom needs an update desperately as I had a cracked sink basin, tired tiles and a leaking shower screen

the staff were very friendly and the bar was very clean and welcoming

the towels were a bit dirty and our iron didn't have a plug... put the staff resolved this quickly

Friendly, helpful check-in staff, lovely room and good facilities available (though I did not make use of them!)

Food in the main restaurant was well-presented but poorly executed... tuna was dry, linguine was bland and the service was hit-and-miss.

only few channels of british TV only and not international satellite channels.

Convenience for Liverpool airport

We stayed there because we had an early flight the next day and needed to leave at 4.45, however there was a party taking place at the hotel, and as the windows gave little sound insulation we did not sleep very well

Bar and restaurant not great; staff struggled to meet demand at breakfast; rather ordinary for the price.

The staff didnt have a clue what they was doing, booked 4 double rooms 4 weeks before and when we got there they claimed they only had confirmations for 2 of them..... then they managed to find us 2 more rooms but only with single beds instead of doubles........ wont be using this chain of hotels again
