Rob the owner was very welcoming. Excellent breakfast. Clean room in a great quiet location for UEA. You can walk there in 25 minutes and 5 minutes by car. Plenty of free parking. Friendly owners, well organised, clean, great breakfast, close to the university. Helpful hosts, clean and comfortable rooms, good proximity to UEA.
