Staff very helpful and nothing seemed to be to much bother for them, my wife is disabled and the staff couldn't have been more helpful even to the extent of coming outside in the rain and holding an umbrella over my wife while I was getting her into the car. The room was very clean, very comfortable the cards left in the room for quick access to the managers is a good idea, the extra pillows, also very good, all in all very good. Will visit again.

The double bed was far too small, very disappointing this lets the hotel down badly. For the price we paid which was expensive for a Premier Hotel I would expect at least a King size bed. Paying for parking. No lobby, they have a restorant next door. There was nothing which could be improved in our opinion. no twin rooms. Having to pay for parking was not what I was expecting. i did not like the price! not good value at all. It did not even include breakfast.most expensive place we have stayed in for a long time!. Nothing. Paying for parking. price, not value for money. Was freezing and one of receptionist was not really nice to us.
