The friendly staff and ideally located for visiting both The Gower and Pembrokshire coast. It was a bonus to find the Millenium Coast Park created at Lllanelli.
Small, quiet Hotel with a pub next door.
The hotel is in as new condition, with large well furnished rooms.

No comfortable chair to sit in in the room
Restaurant very noisy, full of children , mess everywhere and ladies toilet not clean. Some staff in retaurant not particularly helpful.
Room 1 was so close to the reception, we could hear people coming and going for some time.
Room too cold. Heating was slow and needed "prompting".
The hotel bedroom windows do not open... so you rely on the air-conditioning for fresh air! Not ideal for me! Paid full rate, so not good value!.

The Goodnight promise was not upheld when I mentioned the hardness of
the mattress. The member of staff made a comment that they may be due
for turning them but no offer or gesture was made.
The mattress is too hard but that is my preference.

the attitude of the receptionist on realising there were three adults sharing...as booked through your website.Told in no uncertain terms that this was against company policy and we should purchase a second room...I begged to differ !!This made our arrival rather unpleasant as we booked in good faith... perhaps need to sort this out for future travellers.
