From time of arrival till minute of departure we were delighted with our
stay and staff were pleasant and friendly, room was clean and tidy and
even close to busy motorway we enjoyed a pleasant couple of nights in
room. Reviews of restaurant next door mottram wood almost made us change
hotels but we always give every establishment our fair opinion and dined
both nights there and were pleasantly surprised at quality for price we
paid. If you are seeking exquisite fine dining then go elsewhere bu. all reviews »
Beds and pillows very comfy actually I need to buy some of their pillows.Had good night sleep there with my children all happy.
Staff smiling all the way it make so much of difference easpecially when you have young children.
Breakfast brilliant kids eat free and buffet continental.Mcdonald and Tesco only a stone throw away that helps.
Most importantly clean rooms no dust .I was worried about my son who has hay fever and in dusty carperted environment he struggles,but during our stay he was fin.
The staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely smiling faces when
interacting with client which to me feels like everyone is going that
extra mile because if you are not particularly feeling 100% a smile
isn't always easy to come by....even if it is your job and your
policy so thank you all from Hyde.... What lovely people....take care.

Extremely friendly receptionist on arrival. Lovely fresh smelling spacious room. Liked that the restaurant menu is available in the room. quick check in and out. 10/10, thank you.
There was a hiccup with an wxtra payment being taken but was resolved
without question, Give our regards to Gaby whos polite and patient, a
credit to the Manchester Hyde.

Nothing. Would recommend Premier Inn as an excellent place to stay whether for business or leisure.
There was no heating in the room but was offered another room but with
luggage and two children in tow, it would have been to much hassle.

the central heating in the room was broke and it couldn't be turned down, so had to open the window to cool the room down, Only to be woken up a number of times from foul language coming from other guests outside the hotel, this was from 1.30am to 4am which was ridiculous !! maybe be more careful who you have staying at the hotel.
The Beefeater add-on. Cock-eyed version of Customer Service. Strange constraints on which bar to order food from. Barman v friendly, floor staff reluctant to serve long long queues at the bar/food order counters. Management abrupt and jobsworth.
The noise from the traffic.
I stay regular at premier inns when on buisness,i cannot use them with my family as you dont do family rooms for 2 adults and 3 children
perhaps premier could look into a family room as most of your romms are big enough to accommodate.
TV volume only went up to 50% & it still wasn't loud enough.

On Sunday the cooked breakfast was cold.
On Monday it was hot (possibly Sunday staff are part timers and gave less care to serving the food hot?).

Quite difficult to find.
Cost for so called budget hotel and added costs for things like wifi and
childrens play area.
the place was empty but you still charged me 50-60 pounds ten pound for the breakfast that was really grim i was going complaint about it ,but i was fuming and thourt better ...total rip off 70 pounds.. thanks lee brannan.
