Ideal location - just 20 mins drive from Edinburgh Centre. Rooms very clean, bright and comfy!! Great Pub next door for breakfast and meals. You know what you are getting with premier, just wish I could find some cheaper deals sometimes?? Food was good in adjoining hostelry. The staff went out of their way to be helpful in every way. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

The hotel was really easy to find and conveniently situated for accessing the motorway network. Great place to stay, rooms very good condition, clean, tidy, modern food good, staff excellent. The location was perfect for our needs, the staff were very helpful and always happy!. Everything. location. comfy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was very good with good links to the major roads. Usual clean standards, Easy access to roads network. The hotel was very visitor friendly. Nothing not to like here. The only criticism was towards some of the other guests who were running up and down the corridors quite late at night. nothing. Limited choice of bakery products at breakfast. This was due to it being busy. The restaurant attached has a soft play area inside for young children. We tried to take our 2 year old son there in the morning and were advised it did not open until midday. The playground outside was just too big for him so we were disappointed that we had nowhere for him to play first thing after breakfast. Room too warm and couldn't be cooled down - room temp at 22 which is too hot for sleeping.... the beds are to hard,,they say in adverts soft they are not//. Bar prices, same menu as many other restaurants attached to premier inns. Unfairness of pricing policy, I.e by phone £11.00 more expensive than on line when getting on line is often not easy when travelling. Room very cold as the heater did appear to be effective during really cold weather. none. We were in a room designed for disabled people which we did not require.The bed was very low !. Beefeater restaurant not my favourite however due to our stay it was good enough. Friendly staff a big plus. Children play ground was closed. little signage on a92. Fire alarm caused the building to be evacuated 12th/13th July. No roll call to make sure all residents were out of building. . The tv in the room could do with updating. The shower was fairly low, so if you are tall it's difficult to use. The bathroom light was quiet dim. Noise early in morning from workers in rooms next door @ 5am. Creaky floorboards in hallway and roof above.
