All staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is small-only 5 rooms- so you need to reserve, as was understandably full. It is ideally located for the ferry terminal. The liitle touches that add to the general standard of a hotel but whichare so often ignored as being unnecessary expenditure.the room seemed newly renovated and had a lovely clean, fresh feel to it. Owners and nstaff extremly friendly and helpfull. Comtemporary style, clean and tidy, complimentary drinks, excellent shower. LCD wall mounted TV. Very convenient for the ferry, good restaraunt, friendly staff. The staff were very friendly and helpful . Very friendly staff. food was good.Friendliness and service. superb food. Good food @ sensible prices. Very good food. Excellent breakfast with fresh blueberries from thegarden in addition to the usual selection.It was extremly cold during our stay and the heating in the room wasnt quite good enough and there was no heating in the bathroom so drying towels was a problem. If I was really picky, a small corner shelf is needed in the shower. Freeview channels would be the next phase of improvements.No complaints. Noisy plumbing.

The restaurant has a cosy ambience and offers good home-cooked food, made using fresh, local ingredients.
The restaurant and bar are open Tuesday to Saturday nights (April to September). During other months, the opening hours of the restaurant and bar are reduced to Fridays and Saturdays only, but dinner is available on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays on prior request.
Table bookings are recommended when you reserve a room, as the restaurant and bar can get very busy at peak times.
Breakfast is normally served at 08:30, but earlier breakfasts are available if you advise the inn at the time of booking.

Late check in is available for passengers travelling on the late ferry. In these circumstances, no staff will be available to greet you. However, the property will leave the keys out in the hallway and provide you with a code for the front door. You must contact the property at least 2 days before arrival if you require this service.
