Almost everything. great staff. breakfast excellent.A very high-class, celan and quiet hotel, with free Wi-Fi - also in the rooms. Very prompt check-in and check-out. My room was described as "Superior" but was pretty much standard issue in my opinion. Cannot imagine what less facilities a "Standard" room would have!! TV reception was poor with interference on several channels. The meal we had on the Friday night was very poor and the service was slow. One meal had to be returned because the meat was full of fat and another should have been returned because the sausages were dry and hard. When we came to order sweet three times the waiter came back to say they had run out. I feel we should not had to have paid full price for these meals. Extractor was noisy in bathroom. Housekeeping was hit and miss on towels, coffees, etc, but clean. Couldn't locate the TV remote and no black pudding with the full English breakfast even though shown in the menu.noisy fan in bathroom. Late noise from wedding reception. Dirty teaspoon and stained coasters. Toilet roll which kept falling off its holder.Food very poor. Staff not very friendly. Only one chair in a double room with two occupants. Sunday morning breakfast turned out to be self service, rather than the very pleasant waitress on Saturday, and the hotel was fairly busy, so not quite the relaxing experience we had in mind.no local bus timetable. staff had no knowledge of times of buses bit daunting as i was travelling on local transport. Service in the restaurant, both breakfast and dinner.
