The staff were so very friendly and helpful, always wearing a smile. The location was perfect for exploring Chester itself, on route for the bus into Chester, there was a lovely Church opposite, where again everyone was friendly, and as we had a car its only 2/3 miles away to Chester Zoo which was a great day out. Our car was parked in the free car park at the hotel for the rest of our time at hotel. The power shower in the bathroom was a joy to use, and the full English breakfast each morni. all reviews »
I booked 2 single rooms for myself and a friend and we thoroughly enjoyed 3 nights bed & breakfast at The Chester Court Hotel for a very reasonable price. Both rooms were very clean and comfortable and we enjoyed a delicious cooked breakfast every morning. Ideally situated for exploring Chester and would definately recommend this hotel.
just had an excellent stay here. room very clean and well serviced during our four night stay. all staff very friendly and helpful and knowledgable on local attractions and ameneties. about 10 mins walk or a short taxi ride from centre of town. good breakfast. would definitely recommend staying here if in chester.
The staff were very helpful and friendly and did their utmost to accommodate my slightly unusual requests relating to a triathlon competition and my need to store my bike and get access to it early in the morning and for a late checkout and breakfast.
The room we were booked into was out in the courtyard it was brilliant
next door to our friends we were able to park right outside a short walk

power shower it was clean and tidy.
It was a pleasant, comfortable hotel with all that one needs for an enjoyable week-end away. The staff were brilliant(very friendly and helpful). The bed was very comfortable and the facilities were also excellent. The breakfast was very good too.
Free WiFi in rooms. Staff very helpful when we asked about a nearby
restaurant - they directed us to an excellent pub just 5 minutes walk
away. They allowed us to park in their car park after checkout. Staff
very accommodating.
The welcome was friendly, they let me leave the car there before checking in, which was really helpful. The room was clean. The town was beautiful to visit and although a little way from the hotel it's a nice walk.
Hotel was clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Good location for the town which was a 20 minute walk into the centre along a busy road but not a hard walk. Excellent value for money and would definitely go back.
The Chester Court Hotel is a first class small hotel. It is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. The staff are very helpful and pleasant. The location is good with good communication links to the city centre.
Overall comfort and atmosphere;

Good location staff very friendly and helpful breakfast was good hotel clean.
helpful advice, excellent cooking for breakfast. Friendly and polite staff.
It was a little further from the town centre than I anticipated, this was no problem when riding my bike nor would it have been an issue if I'd had a car.
There was nothing to dislike we had a small problem on one night
with the heating not on when I mentioned it to the owner problem
soon put right.
There was nothing to dislike.
Nothing. The walk into Chester town centre was fairly long (20-25
minutes), but that was sufficiently described on the website, and not
really a problem for a one day stay in Chester.
Really small issues, The Room (4) was a bit pokey and there was no chain on the bath plug so I had trouble emptying the bath. These are really really small niggles that did not affect the trip at all.
Nothing, no complaints.
Bit of a walk to the old town. 1 mile. To be fair I was tired that day, normally a mile in not a problem!
Wireless didn't work in the room.
Nothing at all.
Problematic wi-fi connection but every attempt was made to sort out the problem by the manager as soon has he was imformed of issue.
Nothing to dislike,.
More coffee and milk in the room maybe, best fault I can find im afraid.
nothing.
Room was cold in top floor attic room
Shower is dangerous to get in and out of. Not good if u were elderly
Cold in room where breakfast served especially when chef smokes outside and leaves door wide open.
Wifi was a bit temperamental but not a big issue.
We couldn't stay longer.
everything was great.
There was nothing not to like.
No complaints.
Unfortunately in loft conversion lots of space, limited headroom and all them stairs to climb.
Nothing, all was very good.
The old TV and digi box buzzing through the night even when on standby.
nothing to dislike.
The rooms could do with a bit of decorating and brightening up we found it a bit drab.
Very hot night ( no fault of the Hotel ) so unable to sleep.
no dislikes.
Unfortunately the bed was rather noisey, and the mattress was rather uncomfortable.
nothing really, we were unsure of breakfast time but this was not an issue. Decor of room was a little dated but this did not affect our stay.
Nothing.
