Very clean rooms and great value for money. Near the city centre and the film museum. I believe the hotel has recently come under new management and the level of service offered was certainly a lot better than previous reviews on the website. The staff are frendley and the hotel is clean and comfertuble. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the hotel is lees than 10 minutes walk from the Bradford University, and pretty close to many cheap fast-foods and restaurants, and close to various pubs-clubs as well. The room (I had booked a "family room") was large, clean and comfortable. The price of the room was reasonable.

Staff are very friendly, good value and great location for exploring the city and university. Streight forward booking in/out proceedure and a easy come and go feel.Room was modern and clean. It was cleaned every day before I come back from office. Location next to Bradford Uni. Good size room with good en suite facilities. Quieter than expected from other reviews although it was midweek. Vedry convenient for the college .location to town center. Although pretty snug, the double room I stayed in was clean, recentlyrefurbished and had a comfortable bed. There was a desk and a wardrobeThe room had a small television with the five major tv channels and akettle for making tea, instant coffee or hot chocolate. There was aheater. The room I had on the top floor of the three floor hotel wasreasonably quiet.Comfy bed. Breakfast included in the price would have been a bonus. Breakfast could be included too. They only accept cash as payment - reception not open when they advised. It doesnt have a lift so if you are carrying a luggage the access to rooms are very congested and steep. WiFi was a bit flakey. No Breakfast available yet. lack of staff, reception was shut, had to keep wandering around to find anyone. Shower facility poor. It should be mentioned that this is rooms above a public house. Hot water pressure was a dribble in shower. Wi fi as advertised didnot work. Option of purchasing breakfast / dinner as advertised wasnot available - and I was never informed by staff until I tried toorder food.Bathrooms substandard. I had to change rooms and still that bathroom and one I was invited to use in an unoccupied room did not have an adequate shower. I have complained separately already. Ver noisy and unhelpful staff.
