This place was simply home from home. You are made to feel very welcome with a welcome cup of tea and cake. The lovely open fire in the guest lounge is something you don't want to leave. Plenty of choice for breakfast with as much to eat as you wish. Everything was perfect at this value for money B&B. will definitely stay here again when next in the area.
A lovely welcome on arrival. Quiet, comfortable, perfect breakfast, Caroline was helpful with recommending places to visit and always very approachable, friendly and kind. Beautiful scenery and close to other places to visit by car or indeed by bus. My daughter and I will definitely be going back next year. More memories to treasure. Can't wait.all reviews »
The welcoming pot of tea and biscuits along with the friendly welcome. The room was large and nicely decorated and very clean. The bonus was the comfy clean bed. Westleigh House is perfectly situated for the beaches and the Tarka trial.Excellent pubs in the area serving very good food.
We had a very friendly welcome, a warm comfortable well decorated clean room with good en suite facilities and a generous well-cooked breakfast. I would definitely return again.

Bedside lights were too dim for reading in bed! Stones bordering flower bed were hidden by fallen leaves causing me to drive over them when we first arrived.
