We stayed at this hotel and it was wonderful! The rooms are very clean and spacious! All that you need is there, even towels to take with you to the swimming pool. The hotel looks like a colonial house, nicely decorated making it look like an oasi thanks to the trees and plants! The terrace bar is really nice and it over looks the sea, perfect for a nice drink in front of the sunset! Staff is really nice and always willing to help! The beach is literally 20 footsteps away, you can't be any cl.
all reviews » The staff were very welcoming and accommodating, they gave us guidance and help whenever we required it- even if it meant they had to go out of their way, e.g. contacting transfer companies for us and finding out about when the local Turkish baths closed! They even suggested a room swap for us on the second night as a larger room freed up. A very lovely stay with excellent facilities, food, staff and atmosphere. Not like the nearby resorts. The great experience at jade started with deniz in reception who was a most charming helpful friendly young man. The boys upstairs in the restaurant were also amazingly friendly and helpful. They work very hard through the 'season' but still have the time and patience to attend to the guest's needs. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the location is superb being right on the beach where the paragliders come in to land. This hotel really was a little gem. Located right next to the beach, with a wonderfull garden and beautiful lounge area. Also the restaurant with a view over the mountains and the sea, seeing the paragliders land in front of you ( a must do). Breakfast in the morning was very good. The hotel staff was excellent and very helpfull. Will definitely go back there. From the day we arrived, we were overwelmed by friendliness and luxery! This place is a hidden gem. The rooms are georgous and very clean, the food is excellent and the service is above and beyond any expectation! This was a vacation we will never forget! None relevant - The only really small down fall is the fact that it can become noisy at night but only cause of all the bars that are around that area! However, any other hotel you decide to go too in Oludeniz would be either the same or worst!. The mosquitoes and wasps! But this could not be helped by the staff at the hotel!. It would have topped of the luxury if there had been hot water kettle and cups in the room. However tea coffee were readily available from the bar area. Nothing. The drinks were not very well made. The room was very dusty on the furniture and floors. The area for the bathroom was see through glass, even on the door so little privacy. Can be noisy in the evenings Restaurant in the evening is average food. Water supply system needs to refurbished - hot water pressure fluctuates. The noise from a nearby disco that sometimes went on till 03:45. Quite noisy at night with laser lighting coming through room. We had a room on end of hotel. Breakfast was adequate but prefer buffet type as per oyster next door. nothing. nothing.
