Location. The location was very good. No soap in room on arrival! Some refurbishment needed. Water in the pool dirty. Definitely not 5 star, far from 4 star as well. All-inclusive is one of the poorest I have ever seen. Definitely overpriced. Cleaning staff do not understand the meaning of "Do not disturb" sentence. The food was terrible, services were very poor, staffs interaction to customers were fair but their knowledge and their number were not good.
