Very friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast and pool. The room was large and bright, with a balcony from which we could see the Aegean Sea. Lovely! The flowers on the property were magnificent. The price was amazing as well. Was a 10-minute walk from the beach. The owner was extremely welcoming and friendly. We originakky booked for just 1 night but our business forced us to stay an extra night and 1 phone call to the hote to book another night was very welcomed and did everything he could to enhance our stay.

Not the cleanest. The hotel was very good and cost effective but in Kusadasi itself you were targets everywhere to be ripped off especially restaurants. Nothing. No wi-fi in rooms - no chance to work :(. Didn't saying so as... Too far from the beach. no tea making in the rooms. The facility needs some updating. There was no mini refrigerator in the room. The phones and air conditioner didn't always work. It would be nice to have lighting on the restaurant patio in the evening, since there wasn't any restaurant services. Breakfast was a little sparse. It might be nice to extend the breakfast hours for late sleepers and/or have access to the coffee and tea machine throughout the day. Facilities need maintenance and upgrades. Breakfast was ok but nothing special. The manager promes to change the pathroom hose and he didn'T. Also the pathroom is the worst I ever seen. The Inn needs alot of renovation. I'll not recommend it to others. No hot water in my room, no wireless connection, except in the lobby area, the bread at breakfast was very stale. washroom was totally disappointing commode and basin were not cleaned upto the mark water leaked on all washroom floor from bathtub...i hated it as it was messy seemed like that it used to be a really nice hotel in past but now subject to poor maintenance.. be careful of AC as it takes a really long time to cool down a room for 4 people...we had to put a dummy key in after consent of owner for whole long day when we were out to keep it really cold!. Poor room cleaning, dirty balcony, old bath & toilette equipment. They announce dinner from 7 to 9 p.m. but laughed when we tried to find any meal in the restaurant at 8-30 p.m. - Bathroom not very clean, specially shower. Stayed two nights, and the bathroom was not clean at all during these days. - No internet in the rooms. Only in the hall. - Breakfast very poor. Hotel tired and shabby. Rooms not cleaned or swept regularly. Toilet very badly stained. Shower curtain did not fit and mouldy, so water runs everywhere Cracked tiles and mould in the shower area. Mouldy bread rolls left by the previous occupant. The owner did not acknowledge there was a problem, offered to return our fee and to go elsewhere. Leaves in the pool and no attempt was made to remove them. No coffee machine. No restaurant. Bathrooms bad and not cleaned. we aske for glases but no it was cheap he say we have to buy them no good. No fridge in room, very poor breakfast. Hotel staff not exıstıng also,there ıs nobody around except 1 woman asıan even she don't speak turkısh.Breakfast ıs startıng 8 o'clock we said that we need just coffee at 7.30 because we must leave early but nobody was around ın the hotel. We went to room and sheets were not clean. I ask them; here is the answer; They can not effort to change the sheets and blankets for every customer. they dont have enough money. Whattttttt?. It was not a good trip. Firstly service was bad, rooms were not clean and breakfast was very weak. Hotel staff was not helpful. breakfast poor yesterday bread lack of staff not very clean good job we only booked one night.
