All in all, it was a great place to stay before catching an early flight the next day. The staff was great, there was a very nice breakfast buffet, and it was in an excellent location. We'd stay there again without hesitation!

it was an up to date hotel that offered all the amenities. staff was helpful and spoke english. after a long holiday and facing a long overseas flight home, it was a comfortable place to be.

the hair dryer did not work...

I liked the staff, very professional. Looked for an adapter and cable for internet connection in my room, no problem at all for them. Light rail system 500 metres from the hotel door and taxi rank also very close. Free shuttle to and from airport and also to the business centre (Taksim)

Only problem was that i could smell cigarette smoke in my room coming from i think the next room, as i am not a smoker myself, that is the only thing i didn't like, possibly coming from ac unit.

Clean modern comffortable.

I needed a quick easy breakfast which was not possible as I had to walk 5 mins to a conference hall and there was no takaway service (something I usually avoid but on this occasion needed).

Excellent room with modern facilities.

Restraunt and other help hardley speaks english. They charge for water10+ lira and euro's????

We selected the hotel because of its immediate proximity to airport. We spent a comfortable night. We appreciated the free shuttle into the city and to departure building. We did not use any other services / facilities. We did not consult guest reviews.

Near the Ataturk-airport, helpfull staff, clean rooms

Didn't have wireless internet connection in the rooms, i hade to buy a cable to solve this problem.

service and location were excellent.

didnt like the fridge light that couldnt be turned off, the room was like trying to sleep in a space shuttle cockpit, with all the lights flashing etc. also lack of coffee making faciltie in the room was disappointing although everything else you could need was available.

We just stay some hours during conection flights, but the hotel is very comfort and very good.These informations may be useful: Hotel have transferes from international arrivals and if you nedd taxi, it should cost about 2.5 euros.

Convenient location to airport.

Airport shuttle service does not begin until 6:30am. I chose this hotel because it was close to the airport and had shuttle service, but I could not use it for my 7am flight.

The location was great and the shuttle was well run. Also, the breakfaststarts at 0530 - super for folks who have an early flight.

(1) The staff in the Lobby Bar ignore the clients generally and are surly when they do notice clients. (2) There are two wow hotels next to each other (which was not noted in the info on the hotel).

There was no water cooler in the gymnasium. Had to get room service for water at the gym!
