Excellent hotel for exploring Istanbul. Located near to the tram and only 10 minutes walk from the Grand Bazaar. Nice freindly staff. Istanbul is a fantastic city we will return to again

Room was quite spacious and clean. Excellent restaurant Venezia with live music, good food and friendly staff.

the location of the hotel, close to market and public transportation. The hotel's design, the restaurant and welcome drink on arrival. Very good singer at the bar

I think that the stuff should be able to speak English better. Morning buffet was adequate but there should be some variety and higher quality

Olun the reception manager was a very nice man, helpful and accommodating. Roof top pool was perfect for relaxing while the city bustled on below you

Very friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Perfect location for business, many restaurants within 2 minutes walking distance. Very good breakfast . I will return to this hotel.

There is no wifi in the bedrooms. TV sets are a bit old.

The hotel is located in a small street of a populated area. It is not far from the old city (a 20 minutes’ walk along a main street but the street car stop is close). The lobby is not large but agreeable: a small reception desk, sofas, tables with books, a screen showing international flights arrivals and departures. Our room didn’t disappoint us as it was just as you can see in the photos. It was large (27 square meters) with three beds (one queen size), carpeted floor, two armchairs with a small tables, a new bathroom. The furniture was not in a modern style but everything clean and comfortable. Two sides of the hotel overlook the close small streets so if you hope to stay in a hotel with a large view on the city this is not the case. The closeness of the streets doesn’t disturb because the soundproof windows avoid any noise. Restaurants and shops are close and two main mosques of the city are easy to reach with a short walk. Breakfast is good and is served in a large and pleasant dining room. Airport transfer worked perfectly both on arrival and on departure (€ 40 one way). On departure the kind manager explained the currency rate before charging us and asked if we agreed with it: this was very correct.

The wifi in the room seems to be a problem for the hotel. The first two days it was very slow and then it didn’t work anymore. You had to go in the lobby to connect. It is a major fault for a four stars hotel but the manager was aware of the problem and promised to take care of it.

We arrived late in the evenng to a very nice welcome by the staff. Very quick check in our room was ready and waiting. Very nice room with perfect lay out, excellent staff very helpful. We had breakfast on the three days of our stay which was so good! great selection. Overall we were totally impressed and will definately stay on our next trip to Istambul. Great!

The hotel staff were extremely friendly and hospitable. The hotel upon request had also arranged transfers to and back to the airport which was also very handy. Main tourist attractions were not that far from the hotel around 15min walk or 5-10min on the tram. Last but not least I had forgotton some money in the hotel when I checked out. On route to the airport the bus driver recieved a phonecall saying we've left some belongings and to wait on the highway and a taxi will be sent to deliver our forgotton money. I thought that this was extremely honest from the hotel and their staff and it was much appreciated. :)

As a Muslim Woman I would have liked it if the spa catered for a woman to have a woman therapist. I wanted to experience a Turkish bath and I was told that it could only be given by a male member of staff which was not appropriate for me :( hence I had to find a segregated Turkish bath outside of the hotel.

Fantastic Location and staff were also friendly.very easy to get to any other destination since metro is just 5 min walk.

I liked that the rooms were very clean and that the cleaning service was very good.

I didn't like the fact that we were charged 10 Turkish Lira for a coffee which was 5 Turkish Lira in other places. The lift didn't work properly, There was no iron in the room.

Located close to the grand bazaar and reasonably close to the spice bazaar, Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia. Filling breakfast with cereal, fruit, pastries and Halva. Good air conditioning. Lovely sauna and steam room for free. Roof top swimming pool clean and very sunny.

Beds firm. For a four star not luxurious. Receptionists do not speak much English but are efficient.

- Staff could not really speak English - Staff seemed not interested and did not smile. Not that helpful. - Hotel was some distance away from main attractions. - Breakfast was bit boring and same each day. Not much choice. - Overall, it wasn't really a 4 star hotel.
