The location was superior the bosphorus view was amazing from our panoramic windows of the room, the staff were very helpful and the manager spoke English fluently, our suite room was clean, comfortable, and quite. All luxury facilities were in hand: the rain shower was nice, the massage mat was so relaxing, the espresso machine and all kitchen facilities were available. The suite had a nice urban interior which makes you feel as if warm at home, the neighbourhood was nice as well with lot of b.
all reviews » The hotel staff and owner extended a genuinely warm welcome. I stayed on the ground floor and in one of the suites upstairs. Both the cozy downstairs bedroom to the small flat upstairs, all facilities had a high standard of comfort and quality. The rooftop terrace is an inviting place to relax while watching ferries cross the Bosporus. The Cihangir neighborhood has a bohemian feel and gives you easy walking distance access to Taksim Square, a transport hub. I definitely will return to Urban Sui. Great room design. Friendly and welcoming staff. Upgraded our room for free, were really helpful and provided us with everything we needed, even a coffee to the rooftop at 11 p.m.:) Nice location - minutes to Bosphorus, Istiklal and plenty narrow up&down streets nearby. I'd recommend this property to frequent Istanbul travellers as they will discover new Istanbul for themselves as we did. Amazing feeling of a local, rooftop with a view to all city districts and very quiet neighbourhood. Gre. Great location. Very nice view. Actually it's very small hotel with 6-7 rooms. My room on 3rd floor had a sleeping room and a nice studio with small kitchen and 2 windows. Elevator goes directly to the room - so there is only one room at each floor. Location I found also very convenient for tourist purposes. Staff is friendly and english speaking. And the neighbourhood nice as well. I didn't take breakfast at hotel - there are a lot options for breakfast not far from the place. The suite was beautifully designed, with a decent size bathroom, and the rooftop lounge was so great. We sat there in the morning with our coffee. The staff was very warm and helpful: they made my friends 31st birthday perfect! They went above and beyond, getting a cake and balloons for us, and purchasing our concert tickets on our behalf since we didn't understand the Turkish language website. Fabulous place. Chic. Great Location. Definitely coming back. First of all, Tolga and his team made us to feel like at home. The place is quite new and the location is awesome, in a square in Cihangir district (with many cool restaurants around, close to Taksim and to the tram that takes you to the mosques/bazar area in 10 minutes). We stayed at the room in the basement, quiet, well equipped, clean and comfortable. The views on the terrace are outstanding, you can see the whole Bosphorus, sunsets are breathtaking!. The views. The hosts. The private elevator. The roof deck. This is a wonderful boutique apartment hotel in Istanbul with stellar service and a great location in cosmopolitan Cihangir. If you are the slightest bit wary of foreign travel, the wonderful hosts here will put you at ease and direct you through a wonderful trip to an incredible city. The staff were super helpful, and my room was always cleaned with care & attention to detail. The location is really great for those looking for a more "local" experience…and it's very central if you're doing the tourist thing as well, with easy access to the tram, etc. Loved it and will definitely stay again!. Stayed at Urban Suites for 3 nights with a very last minute booking (1 hour before arrival). It's fantastic hotel, very friendly staff who are trying very hard to make your stay a great one and amazing views. Especially the rooftop comes with spectacular views of Istanbul. Everything. The facilities were excellent, the view was awesome, and most of all the staff and owners were great. If you don't get everything you expect let them know and it will happen. It's like dealing with the 4 Seasons conciere at less than 1/5 the price. The apartment is 7 stat, location fantastic, staf are very cooperation and really appreciated. 5 min to taqseem square. The hotel is a boutique hotel, it is very modern and in a good area close to fabulous restaurants and in the modern part of the city. We only wished we could stay one more night, but our time was limited. Taxi driver couldn't find hotel for a while. Even our print-out from google maps didn't help. As google actually gave wrong plan. In general googlr maps is not the best option to find address in Istanbul. So it's better to check exact location in advance. Nothing. It was fabulous. Nothing. the only slight negative is that the ground floor rooms are quite small. It didn't bother us but please be aware. Nothing and anyone who has a complaint didn't mention it to the owners or it would have been solved. Not having own key to front door - made me feel a little like I was imposing when I came home late at night or early in the morning. But I understand their need for it. And staff were always gracious about it. I prefer the anoniminity of a hotel. Noise from other rooms was a problem for me, but I had ear plugs. There is nothing to fault but if you are looking to be immersed in old Istanbul and the tourist sites without experiencing the real Istanbul you are best to stay in Sultanahmet. One other consideration is get the funicular from the harbour, as it is a steep walk. The apartments are not very sound proof, so we could hear some noise from other floors. location may be a problem if you are not able to walk up mildly steep roads/ lots of stairs to get to hotel Need phone GPS to get back to hotel. Nothing. we stayed in the first floor and it was a bit noisy at night. I only had one night. The design is lovely but some of the substance (most notably noise insulation) is lacking. The location is handy but not exactly luxurious. I think you would have to say this is something like a four star hotel in a three star location. Once you understand this, that gives you a good basis on which to compare price and value for money. Nothing!. Everything was perfect. I booked double room which was very small but beautiful, and i hated semi transparent bathroom door and one wall side to bed, but. Nothing .. -A Little bit small and tight room. Everything is perfect. no swimming pool and no breakfast. In front of the house there is a spot for walking dogs and sometimes it was a bit noisy in the night as this city never sleeps. economic rooms are very small and ground floor was making a lot of noise, no windows in the room, smell was coming from the toilet. Nothing. not suitable for young children. small. Our standard room was a bit small for two persons. - the staff was not very good - there was nobody take the luggage to the room - there was no lift to go to the roof - I didn't feel comfortable in the hotel, and sometimes I didn't find the respect from the staff.
