What I liked most of all, was friendly and welcoming staff. The hotel was clean and well designed. The room was cleaned daily perfectly. Breakfast was great, there was wide range of food. As for the location of the hotel, the hotel is located 400-500 meters away from the Taksim square and 100-150 meters form Istiklar street, though there are several streets leading to the hotel, so you have a choice and you won't have any inconveniences to get to any of your destination. all reviews » Very good hotel. We stayed there for 3 nights. The hotel is new, we were one of its first guests. The hotel staff and management were very friendly and attentive. The appartments are very roomy and comfortable. In the room you can find everything you may need.The cleaning service is also good. The location is very convenient. The hotel is situated not far from Istiqlal street, and at the same time you can easily reach the street with trains and buses by which you can go to another places of the. The location of the hotel is great - close to everything, but on a quieter street, not amidst the major tourist crowds.It is walking distance to Istiklal street, but also pretty close to public transport so you can get to more distant parts of the city. The rooms were very large - we basically had a suite - and comfortable. The stuff was accommodating. Brand new hotel located very close to Istikal st. and Taksim. Quiet, no noise from street, convenient transportation, execellent heating system, with kitchenette. Breakfast was good but needed different variety. Friendly staff with a positive attitude. We arrived at their hotel and for some reason they couldn't accomodate us for certain reason, they had to send us to another hotel for a night stay. Some electrical s didn't work and the hotel didn't bother to fix them after being told. Location was bit far from active tourist places and any bus stop, we had to use the taxi. It is in small one way street and difficult to locate even for local taxi people. For first night the hotel staff asked me to stay in a different hotel (as they had some electrical repair issues in hotel; atleast that;s what I was told !). The alternate hotel they put us in was very bad, so had a difficult night there. not enough light at bathroom or the room for make-up, ac is difficult to use, parking is difficult, not vehicle friendly. can not think of anything, that's rare for someone like me who is fussy. Breakfast was a bit of disappointment. Besides there weren't enough tables sometimes. It would be better to go to a cafe near there to have a real Turkish breakfast and don't expect a good view from your room in that compact district. Wi-Fi is poor,breakfast items need to change like everyday basis,lifts are very small hardly fits two persons,very hard to find for taxis,tv in the room does not have satellite chanels get bored with local chanels. Somedays as the breakfast area was crowded, I had to sit outside for my breakfast and as it was a bit cold, I would have liked if there was more room inside. Light in hallway outside the room was out, making the entry at night a bit difficult. The breakfast was poor. There was mostly fruit but no variety in anythig else. The bath wasn't cleaned during our 5-day stay. Location of the hotel is difficult to reach but Hotel staff is willing to help. Special instructions on reaching should be given by hotel so that same can be shown to the taxis. Rooms has got hot plates but no utensils. Wi-Fi connection is poor. Breakfast can be improved especially for vegetarians. the breakfast didnt have varities and was same everyday.the hotel was in very narrow street that was difficult for the taksi to know and reach. It may be a littele hard to find, , we used cell phone app with GPS and it took us right there. The sofa bed in family room was not very comfortable. Nothing. We're already planing our next visit and would stay at Suite Ness Taksim again. Location very bad .. lot of dirty pubs and bars .. not suitable location for muslim people. Brekfast very basik. lights were going on and off. you can hear protests at night! Scary!!. You can hear clearly when people come to their rooms at night or talk on the floor. The staff doesn't speak english very good. When asked about a facility for transportation, they offer you their private car, or a taxi. They don't want to give you information about the public transportation. Wifi is poor. I would like to have more people speaking English. Breakfast was rather poor but in géneral Good hotel . You can't find the hotel easily. Toilet flush was Kind oft Broken, Shower was Nice but the water stayed there very long. Little the location is little not easy to reach. Aircondtion is not efficient. Location is in tight area but only 15 mnts to taksem medan. Nothing. Location hard to get to, but staff always assisted in getting taxis and giving directions. breakfast food not good. small hotel, poor breakfast. The tiny almost hidden passage gives an initial bad impression of the hotel. breakfast poor...
