Room's view was excellent and the equipments in the room like tv, internet and beds were same as the suite. the staff was helpfull and kind. Also, location of the hotel was close many touristic areas. If you want to feel İstanbul, stay at this hotel!!. The room was absolutely wonderful with a great sea view, everything in the room was perfect. Sauna and turkish bath a great plus, we used everyday for free. Breakfast very good and various. Staff nice and efficient.

A room a bit too small. far from taxim square ,about 1/3 km. the conditioner. thought the decor could be modernised. noise. We were there in February and the heating system in the room was unreliable or to say in other words we were cold as it was not working two nights and two mornings. Hard to find. Poor breakfast. the Resturant Stuff. If your friends or business partner will come to visit to your room, hotel ask you to pay 20EUR extra fee.. for what ? So I do not book this hotel anymore. wash your cups and glasses yourself if you want them to be clean. Service. I asked for a nonsmoking room and they put some perfume in the room while they made us wait in the lobby.
