The reception man was soooooo friendly. He helped us so much. I told him that i was very tired from my flight and he let me check in 7:00 a.m instead of 2:00 p.m and he let me eat breakfast all of this for no extra charge. The buffet breakfast is very rich and good. There is a great pool and relax area on the roof with awesome veiw. Good free wifi. The hotel has lots of resturaunts around. Thanx a million.... :).
all reviews » The hotel was very good compared to price I paid. 2 persons for 7 nights was 308 euros and service we got was amazing at that price. Everything was included. Tv, free WiFi, air conditioner, great bathroom. Breakfast was delicious. Minibar prices were very bad. 0.3L Coca-Cola can cost 5tl, the price of which in shop was 1.5tl. i did not like the swimming pool because it is only out door they must have in door one. thin walls, you can hear everything outside and they hear you. 1- rooms located towards backyard were very noisy specially when you opened the windows. 2- Two narrow elevators 3- double and twin standard room are very very small. Weak wi-fi in room. The tour recommended left me at Grand Bazaar- although I was assured it would return me to the hotel. The only non helpful information given by the reception staff who were most helpful the rest of our stay. Corridor carpets were grubby/ dirty which gives a poor impression even though the rooms were spotless.The internet service was lacking a bit was the signal was very poor The breakfast was nice, but I believe it lacked a bit as in a continental style breakfast. The staff hardly speak English. Staff were not that friendly. There are no trollies to carry luggage, Bell boys have to carry bags one by one,very strange. Most of the rooms are very small, too much for the price. One of the rooms was tiny. In the other room we have had problems with the air conditioning. Which is no fun in Istanbul in August... Room is very small and only okay for a Short Trip Hard to get Air during the Night. There was no trash bin in the room except the one in bathroom and was small. Rooms quite small, breakfast room quite dark and noisy. the pool was too small i didnt like the view from the room. Room was very small, noisy and in a dirty poor condition. Asked twice for room safe to be unlocked but not done.
