Karakoy Rooms is a classy little dream with one of the best adjacencies in the city. You are out of the chaos of the touristic parts of the city but it is all at your doorstep with the tram a short walk away. The rooms are spectacular simplicity with grey, white, and copper. The views of the ever changing traffic on the Bosphorous is a show in itself. We felt as if we had found a hidden gem that was ours alone. The Karakoy neighborhood itself is a fascinating and is changing so rapidly .
all reviews » I can't fault Karakoy Rooms - very modern decor in the very spacious and comfortable rooms. The rooms were clean, tidy and very nice to stay in. Location was great for us, as its close to Galata bridge, Beyoglu and Taxism, a short tram ride to the touristy bits and easy to get a boat to Kadikoy, where there are great restaurants and market. It is also round the corner from excellent cafes and restaurants. Staff were friendly and helpful. I will always stay here when I come to Istanbul - very go. Everything was perfect. Staff at the reception was very friednly and helpful. There is a very nice restaurant which serves delicious food. I will deffinitely come back there as i am often in Istanbul. Our room was immensely stylish, making us feel very privileged to stay there. The Karakoy restaurant in the same building and run by the same couple is equally stylish and the food at breakfast and dinner superb. Location is perfect. Location - it's close to the all historical places, but very noisy - cars, ferries, etc. The windows - the building on the opposite site of the street is too close to you so it's not the option to open the curtains in your room There is no hall at all, there is no bar, there are no any public facilities in the hotel as well, you've got just the room.
