The staff was really nice. Everything that people have complained about before has been fixed. The service is excellent, the matresses are new and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet gives you a large choice of food. At our arrival we were received with tea. The location of the hotel is perfect. The value for money couldn't be better. We are absolutely content with our stay in Istanbul. Very kind personal :) very friendly, especially: Ergen & Tuncay, thanks a lot for all your kind assistance and support! :) same every day, but fresh and good breakfast :))) very cheep shuttle to airport :) it was nice surprise (only 6 er).
all reviews » Helpful and friendly staff, locaton in the city center, my single-room was specious with new furniture. The variety of tv channels ( including Arabic, Italian,Russian and etc.). Good and comfortable lobby. Location in the old town, friendly staff, they allowed us to use their computer for flight check-in, we had breakfast on the arrival day, clean and renovated room. Comfortable beds. Perfect location. Friendly staff. Rooms are small but nice and clean. Free tea and coffee. WiFi. Good value for money. Finally its everything you need in trip :). Very nice and clean rooms. Hotel employees are very polite and are ready to help you with questions/directions. The hotel has a good location. Good breakfast!. Good location ! Bathroom is not so comfortable but it is just trifle. Bathroom a bit small. High audibility. No negative comments. Little bit noise from outside. The reception and dining hall is on a strange story between 0.floor and 1.floor and is not per lift reachable. For check in and out you have to carry your luggage per stairs up/down there. The tiny lift worked not so well and sometimes just didn't move which also made me a bit scared to take that lift... A littlу bit dirty and no cleaning for 5 days. Some confusing at airport as to transfer to hotel. Poor breakfast,small bathroom. toilet broken. internet access is slow. small bathroom. waited 70 minutes for check-in. The room didn't look as nice as the picture and it was a bit dirty. I realized that they didn't change the sheets every day. The bathroom was rather tiny and without a proper shower. The Bedroom quite good, but Bathroom is small and very poor ( smudges on ceiling,etc) Very noisy place,constant noise outside, even in a deep night,the window is good but it always got in the room from outside, Perfect audibility in the room,if somebody who are living on the same floor are coming, just walking in the hall, opening or closing the door or just talked i felt that it was happening right in my head too exspensive for this price. It could have been cleaner. Due to the building structure, rooms and stairs were narrow. Bathroom was so small and a bit stink. They served bfast with the same menu everyday. i expected better standard taking account the price i have paid. breakfast could be better, especially coffee and tea. breakfast was rubbish no water no juice. Weak English language skills for most employees. Very noisy. Small rooms poor breakfast staff doesn't speak frequent English except Arjun who is very kind man for price we paid I wouldnt stay again unless its cheaper.
