It was the only good buisiness hotel in the particular vicinity

It was a little noisy outside my room with street noise from local cafe's on Saturday night

Location to waterfront and to pleasant urban area.

We had requested a non-smoking room with a double bed but were given atwin-bedded room that smelled of stale smoke. However, arriving aftermidnight we were too tired to make a fuss.

The staff (especially the reception/front desk) and the price wasextremely expensive also- the room had no windows!

Spacious rooms.Close to nice restaurants and beach.

Very old, rooms need urgent renovation, bathroom so old it does not feelclean anymore. Lots of noise from busy street. Not good value for money.

The Lamp does not work, rooms are really small, TV deos not work

Old, very hot rooms. Airco: insufficient. This Hotel is not recommendable
