Modern decor. Good quality products in bathroom. Excellent quality of food in restaurant at decent price. Nice buzz of other guests in lobby area. Very accommodating English speaking general manager. Night staff very understanding, welcoming and professional. Good location for sightseeing. Walking distance to tramvay for Blue mosque Hagia Sophia Marmaray Forum mall ( Zaitunburna). Five minute walk from grand bazaar and wholesale markets for handbags, night gowns and shoes.
all reviews » Friendly staff, although english not a stong point. Never had a problem communicating though. Breakfast had a large variety, although not everything was perfect. Pretty good in all. Clean and beautiful, renovated, everything new!. New hotel, good location 5 min to Grand Bazar, 3 min to Tram line, 7 min to Metro station... Nice room but no so big... Breakfast is ok... Location excellent for shopping and access to metro. Breakfast was complete with amazing panoramic sea view restaurant. Once we had the no disturb sign, and housekeeping knocked on the door to ask if everything is allright... we were packing to leave and did not want the cleaning service to come and disturb, but what did they not understand?. Very loud music in night from restoran on top flor... On check-out after i pay bill reception lady forgot to return me my passport??? I remember after 15 min and nead to return in hotel... Room was a little small but comfort and clean. Room was without sea view. loud noise at nigit from restaurant on 6th floor, but luckily it stops at 11:30 every night. 1- Rooms are very small 2- Breakfast missed alot of neccessary varaities as: Bancake, omellate. Electric problems. Expensive,problematic location ,the staff with not excellent foreign language like English. Room size. very small room and small reception, noisy at night. Poor service as the room very small and there behaviour in reception very rude I don't like it.
