The large amount of hotels in Goreme reflects in their quality. This is definitely one of the best we've stayed in Turkey so far. Spotless and spacious rooms and bathrooms, a beautiful terrace with a great view on the village and the valley. Breakfast is good and the choice is wide. Enjoy a cup of tea under the vine on the terrace at the sunset. The owner is always super friendly and helpful. Location is perfect, in the middle of the village, less than one minute away from restaurants and shops.

Not only are the cave rooms on the top floor excellent but the staff and the management is friendly and extremely helpful in suggestions or making adjustments to ensure you have a great stay. The hotel is also a good place to reserve your airport transfers, hot air balloons and tours. But make sure you plan all this in advance of getting into Cappadocia. The staff is very friendly, helpful and constructive... They provide us hot air balloon, green tour, red tour and airport transportation in a package with a very good price which we can't get on other agencies. Additionally, the breakfast was impressively good, delicious and abundant.. I can say this hotel is the best with its services worth to price I've ever stayed.. It was amazing to get off the plane after 20 hours to be offered coffee and have a fantastic view over the balcony. It was a novelty to be woken by the prayer call and then by the whoosh of the hot air balloons. Breakfast was superb, friendly staff who did not hassle us. We booked tours and butterfly balloon through goreme house so no hassles at all. The breakfast area/terrace was great with a lovely view of Goreme. The breakfast was fresh and delicious, typical Turkish fair and delicious omelettes. Complementary cake and cookies with tea/coffee was also served in the evenings. Location was great - easy walking. Many other hotels had a steep walk up. Staff were available and helpful at all times. This guesthouse is highly recommended to travlers who would love to enjoy the joy of home in Goreme. Hotel has a great location, is near to the Goreme Open Air Museum and right in the center of the village. It's very clean, confortable and romantic. It seems that we are in a novel. But I think the most important is all the help that the employees can give you. The staff is very helpful and is always ready to help you in any way. Since the hotel was half empty we were upgraded from standard to the cave suite for free. The host also arranged the balloon ride for us, this time it wasn't free unfortunatelly but with discount )). Although the rooms were very good with clean, large bathrooms, the rooms are quite dark. On arrival, this gave the impression that the room was less desirable than it was. If you are a light sleeper beware the mosque is next to the hotel so muezzin will wake you up every morning at 5 a.m. There was no 'Sunset party' on Saturday evening although mentioned in the brochure. Loved everything about Goreme House!. WIFI signal of Room 301 is not that good. The bed is very uncomfortable for more than a day. Nothing. none. Nothing all great. The nearby mosque(less then 100 meter) with a terrible sound- installation calling for the prayer. Especially the one at daybreak. You need to bring a transformer for blow dryers, razors etc. Though they have them in the room the overheat within 30 seconds and shut off. This is very frustrating. They have plugs for your own however they do the same. Very close to the loudspeakers for the call to prayer without soundproof windows - very early and loud wakeup. The wifi was not good. The fact os rooms being old make the wood floor not very safe. mosque woke us at night..but it's problem all hotels in centre Goreme. None. we wait sth like 1 hour to taking the room and the room doesnt have light when they gave it to us , also there was no phone in the room ,. No complaints. Could be better lighting in the room. Take care when choosing the optional Dervish evening & Turkish Bath (Hamam), they are nice to be seen, but are below expectations. Very close to mosque 5am call to prayer very loud.We stayed 7 days so breakfast was a bit repetitive. Wifi didn't work in the room. Nothing. Lighting in cave suites is generally limited due to cave walls & ceilings. Internet was a disaster, barely working and always outside the room. Cleaning of the rooms need to be improved and the water was not always hot which can be quite annoying. Rooms could be larger. breakfast a little bite poor. Staff very, very very kind.
