* The kind attitude of the personnel who are a mixture of Turks, Arabs and Kurds. The owner offered to exchange money ($ to TL) with no commission at all, and he personally takes care of the Airport-Hotel-Airport free service. * Location is central and close to Shakirpasha Airport (around 3.5 km). The prices were good comparing to the rooms we rented. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, though they didn't speak English(this was not a problem for us) All in all we had a pleasant vacation!!!!.
