Wonderful quiet resort with any support you can imagine! Manager Mr. John and his Team with Ms. Ann at the reception and Mr. Jods in the restaurant are doing a very proffessional job! The resort is very clean, the 2 pools are phantastic, it is very quiet...specially at night to relax, the restaurant serves very good thai and international food, the beach is wonderful...you can rent a tailboat to go for snorkeling at the 2 islands in front of....go to the restaurant there....it looks not desined.
all reviews » Staff were friendly and attentive. We booked the pool access room which was lovely, could wake up in the morning and slide into the pool. If you are looking at the pool from the reception/hotel entrance, we stayed in a room on the left hand side - gets the afternoon sun which we preferred! Food was nice. The beach on the hotel is small, somewhere to relax for an hour or so rather than the whole day. Walk 10 mins out of the hotel and you can hire a motorbike for 24hours for 200baht, Taling Ngam . a beautiful secluded location a world away from the busy resorts.It was our second visit and we will definately return again. Love the beach, outlook to the islands and the pool areas. we stayed in a pool access room. It is now showing signs of age but was very clean.Free cycles are available and we enjoyed discovering the local bays and unspoilt countryside.The hotel is now part of Centara group -so hope that it doesn't loose its individual charm. Pools are fabulous! One by the ocean and one extremely long pool in between hotel buildings. Both r Great for guests who really want to swim rather than dip their toes. Massage great. Food good. Resturant staff friendly. The whole resort was kept clean and in good order....the room was bright and well serviced....very comfortable for my wife and myself. Pool right outside you patio, ocean views, athmosphere, free transportation to near by "cities" daily, free bikes. Just a fantastic place to relax with my family. Facilities, services (spa), beach. No such thing as a taxi-metre, will standard try and charge you 400baht however far your journey. Luckily we found a friendly random landscaper who carried us to and from the ferry in the back of his truck. Look out for songthews when you get off the ferry for cheaper travel to Chaweng and Lamai. Standard of food was a bit variable. Location a bit remote. Great if u wanna unwind but isolated if you want choices, variety of restaurants or shops. Only a small thing, but no shop within a reasonable distance for those little thing you would like on holiday. Expensive food and massage. its a bit far from restaurants, bars, supermarket.etc. Far from night life. food, location, car rent price,. 水龙头坏的，没有热水，没有吹风机，地点极其远，班车极其不方便，工作人员英语差，周边没有吃饭地方，酒店- 饭食一般. The ac was not enough to do the cooling...i have stayed in many hotels..and this was the most expensive one..in contrary to this..i found the worst Air condition..i did not even face this problem in any cheaper hotel. location : its too far from the main chawang beach...although..if u r an explorer..and like some quiet places..this one could be a great country side. Staff does not understand english Nothing to do at the hotel premises and long distance to any other resturants No kids playroom or toys Expensive to hire motorbike Personal not very helpful in arranging taxi from hotel and booked a trip to waterfall 2 which resulted in that the agency left us up there without any transfer back to the hotel and the staff in the hotel totally ignored to send their shuttle bus to pick us up. There was a zoo on my room The restaurant was disgusting The hotel is far from everything The price to rent a motocycle,to the spa or massage is a joke The personel does not understand English.
