We actually didn't stay long in the hotel so it is difficult to have a good mind of it. What we can say is that it was clean, with hot water for the shower and located at 200 meters from TonSai Beach. They have an wifi connection in the lobby but only from 6.00 pm to 6.00 am and we didn't have time to test it. Lovely setting, helpful staff, fantastic cabin type accommodation with own balcony overlooking the rainforest! Short walk from the boat to the hotel and shop on site. Would recommend!!.

Great staff, amazing location, good value, never felt ripped off. ton sai beach is the best beach ever, almost only clibers gets there and the ambience is really nice and friendly. Its surrounded by trees inside the jungle, good sights and sensation. The location was fairly easy to get to, everything else was awful.. Ton Sai Beach is nice, but this accommodation is terrible. Leaving. Electricity (inc wifi) only between 6pm-6am but was all that was needed so not a problem! Tonsai is a great little location however bit of a trek to the rest of railay!. The power is only on from 6:00pm till 6:00am. And there is no Restraunt. I would have stayed longer if it wasn't for the air con only being on during the night... It is crazy hot there. It also is a long hot walk from the beach longboats to the hotel.. But the hotel is actually quite beautiful.. Cold showers, electricity from 6pm to 6am only, room wasn't cleaned at all during my 4 day stay. the price of the bungalow is completely out of range just because it is the only one that shows up on internet. average price on the beach is 3 times less.ùdespite the price, the bungalow is not concrete and doesn't have hot water. we strongly advise take a bungalow once arrived on the beach. Cold water, its expensive comparing to the others. We found out the actual price of the room we had booked for 1,150 was 700.. And still had to pay the full amount for the first night, our room was filled with dead bugs and dirt, there was a hole in the ceiling which let in moSsies cockroaches and lizards. When we had to much we were offered another room which had black mould on the ceiling. The staff were very unhelpful, rude and not bothered.. Filthy, neither mosquito net nor window screens, electricity only for 12 hours a day. Not as advertised on the website. I checked out after 1 hour and the staff tried to double-charge me for the full 5 days I had originally booked. I do not recommend going here. For the price, you can do much, much better. Just walk a few steps down the road. Location was far: 10 minutes walk up hill into the mountain. Not possible to pay with card. No electricity from 6 am to 6 pm when other accommodations do offer it. Dirty, old and outdated facilities. Unfriendly staff. A total no. Just around the corner you can find a cheaper one with an awesome swimming pool + buffet breakfast. Totally disappointed! We booked a "modern Bungalow with van". We got a shabby Bungalow: only cold water, no wooden floor, blankets, Sheets, towels... all dirty and smelly! The stuff was incompetent, bad english, unpolite, no payment with credit Card possible... no electricity. You pay too much what you exactly get...
