I really liked the room that I stayed in. Really comfie. The staff were so friendly,everyday they would greet you with a smile and have a conversation with you. The location is good, close enough to the main street and beach but far away enough so you can sleep at night and not be annoyed with loud music. I would definitely stay here again. If your looking to meet other backpackers I wouldn't stay here, it's pretty quiet. I just wanted my own privacy and its exactly what I got. all reviews »
The location was close enough to the bars and beaches but not so close
that you can hear the noise all night. The staff were excellent when you
get of the ferry they have a staff member waiting at the pier to collect
your bags and transport them up the hill in a cart (there are not cars
or Tuk tuks on phi phi) and this is free of charge but tips are
gratfully received.
Good size clean room, very quiet, helpfull staff but with restricted
English (can't complain as in a foreign country) great value for
what you pay for not advertised as a 5 star resort, no bugs!!.

To get to the beach and bars you have to walk past the poo plant which
does smell a little during the heat of the day, but this was only a
small thing.
Bed was too hard but maybe that's just Thailand as it wasn't the
only one, hotel does need a bit of maintenance but overall happy.

It's a island, expect to have some insects, lizards in your balcony. Anyway there is not so many good options in Phi Phi.
On arrival I asked about air con in room and it was 1000 tbh extra, bit steep. Mattresses like a hard wooded floor, wi fi available? No it wasn't. Creepy spot at night, few Knocks on our door and no one there, I'd say someone was checkin to see if room was empty. Wouldn't stay here again, too expensive for what you get.
The staff don't speak engish... flies in the room.

We got bitten alive by watever was in the bed half the ceiling in the
bathroom was missing bathroom was discusting hated every minute we were
there we left early because I cudnt stand to b there any longer spoilt
are phi phi experience.
Absolutely no services. We have stayed 2 nights, nobody came for clean the room, staff was unable to provide us new bed sheet. Many insects in the room. Balcony are above garbages. I don t recommend this adress. Not good value.
