Please be informed that no pets are allowed in the villa. If found, THB 10000 will be collected as fine for professional deep cleaning. Smoking is not permitted inside the villa. Smoking area is outside where ashtrays are provided. If found, THB 10000 will be collected as fine for professional deep cleaning. A security deposit of THB 5000 is required upon arrival for incidentals. This deposit is fully refundable upon check-out and subject to a damage inspection of the accommodation. A prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.
