Pretty luxurious, especially for Nong Khai. Loved the stay. Also, we - like most - were passing through on our way to Bangkok so we spent the day in Nong Khai before taking a night train. White Inn actually has a pretty nice shower that people can use even though they've already checked out...a nice added bonus for us backpackers. Mangers,staff excellent service ,arranged travel transport , maps good english for farang, quiet night time , nice walk to mekong markets,.
