location was good, pool facilities excellent, rooms excellent value for money staff pleasant to deal with. Quiet, great pools, close to beach. animals kept in small cages, tiger seemed drugged and miserable in my opinion. Some Staff in restaurant offered poor service and spent most of time engrossed in laptops. All of the garbage on the beach. Broken glass and trash was disgusting. Brutal service at hotel restaurant. Staff was rude and didnt acknoledge us twice when we came in to eat so we left after waiting 15 minutes both time and restaurant was not busy. Three staff looked at us, but never even came over with menus or anything. Horrible service.
